With over 80 years of combined Management experience, Adelphi Innovative Designs, Inc. is a full-service General Contracting, Development, and Construction Management firm. We offer a vast range of services, including design phase consulting and construction coordination from inception through project completion.

Peter Pavlounis
Peter Pavlounis is the Principle Owner of Adelphi Innovative Designs, Inc. With a Degree in Architecture and Construction Management in 1992, Peter immediately jumped into the industry and is in the design and construction field for over 28 years. Prior to starting Adelphi, his vast range of expertise with other firms range from Historic Renovation projects, Courthouses, retail, office, residential homes remodeling and apartment renovations in NYC. Peter has built up his reputation in the industry where he has worked closely with prominent Architects and Designers in NYC and has built new ground up and renovated multi-million dollar apartments, retail spaces, restaurants, bars, office spaces, schools and medical facilities.

Theo Verios
Theo Verios started in the industry in 1999 working at JFK Airport primarily as an electrical and communication control wiring specialist. In 2004, he joined a Long Island based construction firm. As a project manager, his management skills included client communication from concept design to construction build out. His knowledge of computerized 3-D designs allowed the customer to visualize concept into reality. His on-site presence leading a team of skilled workers enabled a successful project on time and within budget. Theo along with George started their own construction company and Theo simultaneously broadened his expertise by attending Baruch College and successfully completed certifications in Construction Management.

George Kaimis
George Kaimis has 44 years of experience in the construction field. He entered the industry in 1975 working as a siding mechanic, while attending NYIT. In 1980, he opened his own home remodeling company primarily servicing the tri-state area and in 1989 he simultaneously launched a window manufacturing company specializing in home and commercial applications. Many successful projects included school renovations with massive time constraints, restaurants and large scale catering facility renovations. Growing in the construction industry he later teamed up with Theo concentrating on Nassau and Suffolk County region.
In 2012, Theo and George joined the Adelphi Team bringing their expertise and experience of both residential and commercial projects from Nassau and Suffolk County.
